Open trench for a sewer main running the length of a residential lot, with a Bobcat E35 excavator parked on the driveway.

Trench-to-trim plumbing for the entire Valley

Commercial and residential. We dig the trench, lay the main, rough the walls and trim it out. Our own excavator, our own crew.

The process, in order

Buried work, built to be looked at.

Nothing gets covered until it has been checked or tested. Here is that work while it's still open — a job from the bottom up, in the order we work it.

01

Below grade

Water mains, sewer, complete underground

Trenching, water mains, sewer, backfill and grading. Our own machine means we're not waiting on an excavation sub to free up.

We backfill in layers, watering each lift so it compacts before the next one goes in. Most plumbers leave the trench to the grading crew, who push it back in one dry pass — that fill keeps settling, and the slab poured over it sinks or cracks.

02

Under the slab

Stub-ups set and shot to grade before the pour

Every riser sleeved, braced and located off the prints. Get this wrong and it comes out with a concrete saw, so it gets walked and checked twice before the pour.

That sleeve isn't a formality — it's what lets the pipe move without the slab gripping it. Most companies go light on the wrap, and once concrete sets tight around a pipe, slab movement and thermal expansion have nowhere to go but into the joint.

03

Rough-in

Copper and PEX run tight, tested before drywall

Commercial metal stud or residential framing. Lines run level, strapped and pressure tested while everything is still open.

04

Finish

Tankless, fixtures and trim: the part you actually see

Water heaters, filtration, fixtures and trim-out. The manifold behind the wall gets the same care as the fixtures in front of it.

Commercial and residential, anywhere in the Valley. If it's on this list we self-perform it. We are not brokering your job out to someone else.
