The short version These terms cover this website — the pages, the photos and the quote form. They do not replace the written contract for any actual plumbing work, and nothing here limits the workmanship warranty or the license obligations we owe you on a real job.

1. Agreement

This website is operated by R&A Plumbing LLC, an Arizona limited liability company holding contractor license ROC 356759. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

This is a marketing website. It describes the plumbing services we offer and lets you send us a request for a quote. There are no user accounts, nothing is sold through this site, and no payment is taken here.

3. Using the site

You agree not to:

  • submit false information, or someone else's contact details, through the form;
  • use the form to send advertising, solicitations or automated submissions;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
  • copy the site's photographs, text or design for another business's use.

4. Quote requests are not contracts

Sending the form does not create a contract, book a date, or obligate either of us to anything. It starts a conversation. Any price we give you before we have seen the job is an estimate based on what you have described. Work is performed only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement — not this website — governs the job, the price and the schedule.

5. Response times

We aim to respond to every request, but we do not guarantee a response within any particular time, and this website is not a way to report an emergency. If you have an active leak, a gas smell, or any other urgent situation, call us or call emergency services. Do not wait on a form.

6. About the photographs and content

The photographs on this site are of work performed by R&A Plumbing LLC. They show completed and in-progress jobs and are provided to illustrate the type and standard of work we do. They are not a promise that your job will look identical or cost the same — every site, every set of prints and every inspection is different. All content on this site is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

7. The site is provided as is

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time. Descriptions of our methods and services are general and may not apply to your specific job.

This section is about the website only. It does not limit, waive or affect any warranty on plumbing work we actually perform, any obligation we owe you under a signed contract, or any duty imposed on us as a licensed Arizona contractor.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Arizona law allows, R&A Plumbing LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising out of your use of this website — for example, a form submission that fails to reach us because of a technical fault, or reliance on general information published here instead of obtaining a site-specific quote.

Again, this is a limitation about the website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for the plumbing work we perform, for personal injury, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Links to other sites

This site links to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors so that you can verify our license independently. We are not responsible for the content or availability of any website we link to.

10. Licensing and complaints

R&A Plumbing LLC is licensed, bonded and insured in the State of Arizona under ROC 356759. You can verify the license status yourself with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. If you have a concern about our work, please raise it with us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
