1. Who we are

This website is operated by R&A Plumbing LLC, a licensed Arizona plumbing contractor (ROC 356759) serving the Phoenix Valley. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean R&A Plumbing LLC, and "you" means anyone who visits this site or sends us a request through it.

2. What we collect

We collect two kinds of information, and only two:

• What you type into the quote form. That is your name, your phone number, and the description of the job you write in the message box. Nothing on this site asks for payment details, a Social Security number, or any government identification, and you should never send those to us through this website.
• Basic technical information. Like nearly all websites, the servers that deliver this page automatically receive your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. This happens as a technical necessity of loading a web page.

We do not use analytics software, advertising pixels, session recording, or any other tracking tool on this site, and we do not set cookies.

3. Why we use it

We use what you send us to price your job, to ask you follow-up questions about it, to schedule work, and to keep a record of what was discussed. We do not use it to build a marketing profile, and we do not send unsolicited marketing to people who only asked for a quote.

4. Who else can see it

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is shared only in these situations:

• Companies that run this website for us. Our web host stores and serves these pages. The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, and one animation library is loaded from Cloudflare's CDN; as a result, those companies receive your IP address when the page loads. Neither receives anything you type into the form.
• The service that delivers the quote form. The work order is submitted to Netlify Forms, a service of Netlify, Inc. Netlify receives and stores everything you put in the form on our behalf, so that we can read it and get back to you. Netlify acts as our processor and its own privacy terms govern how it handles that data.
• When the law requires it, such as a valid subpoena, court order, or a request from the Arizona Registrar of Contractors relating to our license.

5. How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them for the job you asked about and for our ordinary business records afterwards, including any period required for tax, warranty, licensing or insurance purposes. If you want your request deleted sooner, ask us and we will delete it unless we are required to keep it.

6. How it is protected

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. That said, no method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through this form.

7. Your choices

You can ask us what information of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. You are never required to use this form at all — you are welcome to call us instead.

8. Children

This site is meant for people arranging plumbing work, not for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
